Rocky Point is a "free port" and has easy access from the United States. No visitors permit, passport, or car passage permit is required until 2009, although valid government issued photo ID (E.G. driver's license) may be required.

The three beach homes of the Casas Mirasol complex are in the Las Conchas Development nestled side-by-side among the lovely Spanish style beach homes along a prime strip of sand dunes merging gracefully into the beautiful blue water of the Sea of Cortez.

All properties are tastefully decorated, have lovely Mexican tile floors throughout, fireplaces, air conditioners, and ceiling fans. The kitchens all have dishes, microwaves, pots & pans, toaster, coffee pot, and blender.
